At GardenSpace, we are committed to providing a smooth and reliable shopping experience. Below is our shipping policy to ensure clarity and transparency in our process.

1. Shipping Destination and Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States. This includes the contiguous United States, Alaska, and Hawaii. Unfortunately, we do not ship to PO boxes, APO, or FPO addresses. Our products are stored and shipped from warehouses located in the United States and other international locations.

2. Processing Time

  • Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time (+ any holidays).
  • Orders are processed within 1 – 5 business days.
  • Standard delivery takes approximately 5 – 15 business days.
  • During peak seasons or holidays, processing and shipping times may be slightly extended.

3. Shipping Methods

We use trusted carriers such as UPS, FedEx, and USPS to ensure reliable delivery. All shipping estimates are based on business days (Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays).

4. Shipping Costs

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can monitor your shipment’s progress via the carrier’s website.

6. Delivery Delays

We strive to meet our estimated delivery times, but unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, customs delays, or carrier issues may result in occasional delays. In such cases, we will notify you of any significant changes to your estimated delivery date.

If we are unable to deliver your order within 30 days, we will:

  • Notify you of the delay,
  • Offer you the option to cancel the order,
  • Provide a full refund if cancellation is requested.

7. Shipping Address Accuracy

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct before finalizing your order. GardenSpace is not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping details provided by the customer.

If an address modification is needed, you may be responsible for additional carrier fees.

8. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages

  • If your package is marked as “delivered” but cannot be located, please contact the carrier to initiate a trace.
  • Traces must be requested within 7 days of the marked delivery date.
  • If a package is confirmed lost, we will offer a replacement or refund.
  • We are not responsible for stolen packages once delivery is confirmed.

9. Multiple Items in One Order

If you order multiple items, they may be shipped separately to optimize delivery times and reduce potential delays. Each shipment will have a unique tracking number.

10. Import Taxes & Duties

In rare cases, import taxes, duties, or VAT may apply, depending on your country’s regulations. Any such fees are the buyer’s responsibility.

11. Returns & Exchanges

12. Shipping Exclusions
